حل فريق اتحاد الصحفيين الرياضيين المغاربة فرع مكناس بتزكية من المكتب التنفيذي للإتحاد ليلة الجمعة 30 شتنبر 2022 بمدينة مريرت للمشاركة في دوري الصداقة الذي ينظم من طرف الأطر الشعبية حيث كانت الإقامة بفندق مريرت ليتجه صباح يوم السبت فاتح اكتوبر مباشرة إلى ملاعب القرب سيتي كلوب حيث افتتح دور المجموعات بالمقابلة الأولى التي لعب من خلالها ضد الفريق الشعبي لفاس وتعادل بهدفين مقابل هدفين المقابلة الثانية انتصر فيها فريق فرع الاتحاد على فريق الشعبي لوجدة بثلاثة اهداف مقابل هدف ليتأهل لدور النصف النهائي دور المربع الذهبي كمتزعم للمجموعة الثانية مقابلة النصف النهائي جمعت الفريق الصحفي للإتحاد بفريق الشعبي للرباط والقنيطرة وانتصر بثلاثة أهداف مقابل هدف ليتأهل للمباراة النهائية ليواجه فريق الشعبي لوجدة للمرة الثانية حيث إنهزم بأربع اهداف مقابل هدف للتذكير فالمقابلات الاربعة اثرت على الفريق خاصة في المقابلة الأخيرة النهائية حيث أصيب مجموعة من اللاعبين خاصة هداف الفريق وهداف الدوري الشيكي نور الدين علما أن الفريق لعب منقوصا من مجموعة من اللاعبين من بينهم الحاج خالد الرحماني ونور الدين شلو والحاج الامتعي وعبد الرفيع الحارس الرسمي لفريق اتحاد الصحفيين الرياضيين المغاربة فرع مكناس.
