وقاد الحكم المكسيكي مباراة تونس والدانمارك التي جرت الاثنين الماضي ، والتي احتج خلالها لاعبو المنتخبين على حرمانهم من ضربتي جزاء من لمستي يد.
ويشتهر الحكم سيزار راموس بصرامته الشديدة ، وقاد العديد من المباريات الهامة في كوبا أميركا وكأس الكونكاكاف ، كما قاد مباريات في مونديال روسيا سنة 2018.
وأدار الحكم المكسيكي في المونديال الأخير مباراة البرازيل ضد سويسرا ، ومباراتي بولندا أمام كولومبيا ثم البرتغال وأوروغواي.
وقاد راموس أربع مباريات في كأس أمم آسيا سنة 2019 ، أبرزها مواجهة نصف النهائي التي جمعت بين قطر والإمارات العربية المتحدة.
